Joseph and Mary were the first people to receive the message of Christmas. When it was told both of them were not in a state of understanding neither the depth of its truth nor about the fulfillment of Isaiah’s Prophecy. But both decided to be quiet till the time they understood the truth behind the message. Even today people do not have a complete understanding about Christmas. Most people think that Christmas is a festival of Christians. But in fact, it is a festival of all humankind with a responsibility on Christians to spread the message as shepherds did when they first heard the Christmas message through Angels. They immediately went to see the child and made it known to all. Have we met Him? If so let us make Him known to all mankind. “For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though he was…

Word: Hebrews 4: 16; Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need. Hebrews 4: 16
Thought: Prayer is our approach to God, and we are to come “boldly” because He is our friend and Counselor. But also come with reverence because He is our King.

1. Do I pray enough?
2. What am I going to do about it?
Grace and Peace to you in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
“So I say to you: Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.Luke 11: (NIV)
This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. 15 And if we know that he hears us—whatever we ask—we know that we have what we asked of him. 1 John 5:14-15 (NIV)
God’s timing is never late.
Do you remember how your way was blocked,
And coming to a gate you knocked and knocked?
Till God’s time came and then He opened wide
A way thine eyes ne’er saw, thy foot ne’er tried

Greetings in the mighty name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Word: Psalms 63: 1 -8
O God, You are my God; I shall seek You earnestly; My soul thirsts for You, my flesh yearns for You, In a dry and weary land where there is no water.2 Thus I have seen You in the sanctuary, To see Your power and Your glory. Because Your loving kindness is better than life, My lips will praise You. So I will bless You as long as I live; I will lift up my hands in Your name. My soul is satisfied as with marrow and fatness, And my mouth offers praises with joyful lips. When I remember You on my bed, I meditate on You in the night watches, For You have been my help, And in the shadow of Your wings I sing for joy. My soul clings to You; Your right hand upholds me. https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Psalm+63&version=NASB
In these Bible verses King David reviewed all the ways God had already helped him, and he greeted the next day with songs of praise. In our quiet moments or wakeful nights, make it a point to count examples of God’s faithfulness to us. Doing so is far more likely to give us rest than any other items we might count!
Be strong in the Lord and His mighty power. Ephesians 6: 10
Word: I have been crucified with Christ, and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the son of God, who loved me and gave Himself up for me. Galatians 2: 20
Thought: Our Christian life begins, when we accept Christ Jesus as our personal Savior. We are no longer slaves to sin and no longer alone, for Christ Jesus lives in us. He is the source of our power for living a blameless Christian life and our hope for the future. No longer pray “Lord, bless all our plans” instead pray “Lord, Plan for us, because our future is in Your mighty hands”
